Jasper has never known the comfort of a real home. He was just a tiny 10-week-old pup when he and his brother Cocoa were found in a derelict house in La Murada and brought to Paradise Rescue Kennels back in November 2019. That was nearly six years ago… and he’s still waiting.

While his brother is more outgoing and full of energy, Jasper is the quieter of the two. He’s cautious, shy around new people, and takes longer to build trust. But once he does, he shows his true, beautiful nature—a kind, loyal, and loving soul who just wants to feel safe and loved.

Jasper hasn’t had the chance to experience a home, a family, or the simple joys of everyday life—walks in the park, cuddles on the sofa, someone to tell him he’s a good boy. He’s grown up behind bars, and that has shaped him. But it hasn’t broken him.

What Jasper needs is someone patient and gentle—someone who will give him the time and space to adjust to a world he’s never known. With love, understanding, and a calm environment, Jasper will thrive. He’s ready to start that journey, he just needs a kind human to help guide the way.

He is already castrated and ready to go.
