Cameron arrived with us at the beginning of June 2025, alongside another boy, Frank, and a girl. All three had been found tied up with a piece of string by a galguero in Novelda who decided he no longer needed them. Thankfully, some kind-hearted Spanish ladies stepped in to rescue them and worked tirelessly to bring them to safety and into our care.

When Cameron first arrived, he was in a heartbreaking state. His skin was in terrible condition — dry, cracked, and painfully flaky — and he looked so uncomfortable it made our hearts ache. Despite his rough start, his tests came back clear of any major illnesses, which was a huge relief. With medicated baths, proper nutrition, and, most importantly, love and care, Cameron has made remarkable progress and continues to improve every single day.

He currently shares his kennel with Frank and our long-term resident Furia. Both boys adore Furia and follow her lead, learning how to trust and enjoy life again. Cameron is a sweet and gentle soul, always ready for a cuddle and a quiet moment of affection. Unlike Frank, who loves splashing about, Cameron isn’t too sure about the water just yet — but that only adds to his gentle charm.

Now castrated, healthy, and thriving, Cameron is ready to find a loving forever home of his own. He deserves a family who will show him the kindness he has missed out on for so long. Whoever is lucky enough to adopt him will gain a loyal, affectionate companion who just wants to be loved.
