PARADISE RESCUE KENNELS

OUR DOGS

Majestic, gentle, and deeply loyal, Galgos are one of the most tragically abused breeds in Spain. Bred and used for hunting due to their incredible speed and agility, they are often discarded, mistreated, or killed when no longer deemed useful. Every year, thousands are abandoned. The lucky few find their way to rescue centres, where they begin the journey of healing and wait for the loving homes they so deserve.

Big or small, young or old, mixed breeds come in all shapes and sizes—some crosses, some pedigrees, all absolutely wonderful. Spain’s shelters are overflowing with incredible dogs that have been discarded, overlooked, or born into a cycle of irresponsible breeding. Loyal, loving companions just waiting for a chance to show how special they are. Behind every pair of eyes is a story and a heart full of love.

Full of curiosity, these babies have their whole lives ahead of them. Many are victims of irresponsible breeding and thoughtless ownership, they end up in shelters before they even get the chance to be puppies. Each one is bursting with potential, ready to learn, play, and become someone’s loyal companion. With the right home, they can grow into happy, confident dogs and bring joy every step of the way.
