Volunteer With Us

Whether you're a local volunteer or travelling from abroad to stay for a week or more, we welcome you with open arms — and so do the dogs! Our rescue runs on love, dedication, and very busy hands. Volunteers are absolutely vital to what we do, and every bit of support is appreciated more than words can say.

OUR VOLUNTEERING HOURS ARE MORNING ONLY, USUALLY 8AM - 2PM

HOW YOU CAN HELP

There are so many ways to get involved, depending on your skills, interests, and comfort level:

Cleaning kennels and shared spaces

Giving cuddles and kindness to the dogs

Gently socialising scared or shy dogs

DIY and general work around the centre

Basic grooming and care

Driving to collect supplies

Organising food, blankets and other stock

Taking beautiful photos to help dogs find homes

Playing with the dogs and giving them enrichment

Helping in our charity shop

Fundraising and events

Helping with social media and outreach
…and much more!

STAYING WITH US

We can offer basic accommodation very close to the centre for volunteers staying longer. We’re also able to help arrange airport transfers and daily transport to and from the rescue if needed.
